Project Overview: Your Virtual Boardroom
The goal is simple:
Use ChatGPT to simulate strategic discussions with four core roles that every business needs:
Sales Director – to focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition
Finance Director – to keep your cash flow healthy and your numbers sharp
Operations Director – to streamline delivery and scale efficiently
Marketing Director – to plan campaigns, improve messaging, and grow your reach
You’ll give each role its own chat, its own brief, and its own job to do.
And at the centre? You, the Managing Director.
You’ll use their input to make clearer, more strategic decisions with less noise and more objectivity.

This will be your workspace, the place where all the strategy threads come together.
You don’t need to do anything else yet. Just set it up and get comfortable using Projects if you haven’t already.
